UDAV Executive Team

The creation of UDAV team was made possible, when a highly successful financier took the unusual and risky decision to invest in the UDAV project. 

This visionary investor based his decision on the enormous potential for social benefit that he saw the  UDAV project could bring to Hackney and potentially the country as a whole, with regard to equality and fairness. 

The UDAV outcomes were combined with the intention to benefit to the UK economy, especially in regard to the creative industries and so in turn, benefiting everyone.  

The pioneering founding member made the decision to support a disadvantaged creative. This creative had a long history of commitment and dedication to both the creative industries and contributions to government on equality and fairness issues and policies wanted to do more, to achieve a fairer society for all. 

The creative founding member then identified the need for a third team member to help achieve UDAV’s goals. This choice was influenced by his own personal experience with serious health issues and having undergone the rehabilitative process a number of times. He identified and recruited to the team, a clinical expert and specialist in the field of Brain Injury Rehabilitation, a key opinion leader in the country, creating the highest possible standard of quality control to the organization. Lastly another member with first hand experience both with nuerological conditions and expertise in the arts joined the team, providing further insight into the complexity of the subject at hand, and this concluded the team members and UDAV was born.
